RANDALL COLE - Founding Partner
Randall Cole is a founding partner of Bull River Group with over twenty years as a strategy, change management, and technology consultant. Prior to founding Bull River Group, Mr. Cole held positions as Director, Life Sciences in the strategy management practice at Palladium Group; Senior Vice President, Client Services, at Health Dialog; and Vice President, Insurance Transformation Consulting for the Americas at IBM, where he also served as a member of the IBM Global Insurance Leadership team. Mr. Cole has worked with clients in a variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, insurance, technology, and retail in the US as well as the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific. He has successfully led numerous strategy, performance improvement, and IT engagements and has served as a senior advisor and facilitator to leading life science and healthcare companies. Mr. Cole holds a B.S. from Trinity College and an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut. He is a member of the Boston Chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma.

MICHAEL CONTRADA - Founding Partner
Michael Contrada is a founding partner of Bull River Group and has over twenty years of experience successfully advising and leading clients through the development of robust strategic and performance management systems. Prior to founding Bull River Group, he held the position of SVP and Life Sciences Practice Leader at Palladium Group. Previously, Mr. Contrada was EVP and co-founder of the Balanced Scorecard Collaborative (BSCol) with Drs. Kaplan and Norton, the co-creators of the Balanced Scorecard strategy management system. Prior to BSCol, he was VP at Renaissance Worldwide where he led the first Strategy Management Practice created by Kaplan and Norton. Mr. Contrada also worked as a management consultant in strategy for Deloitte, Braxton, and Symmetrix. Mr. Contrada has an A.B. and M.A. from Harvard University, where he also pursued doctoral studies. He is a regular speaker at performance management conferences and writes for Harvard Business School Publishing’s Balanced Scorecard Report and other management publications. He co-teaches a course on strategy management at Babson University.


RONDO MOSES - Founding Partner
Rondo Moses is a founding partner of Bull River Group with nearly twenty years in strategy execution and performance management consulting. Prior to founding Bull River Group, Mr. Moses worked at Palladium where he held a variety of senior management roles and helped transform the company from three newly merged, independent entities to a single, highly integrated global strategy management firm. Before Palladium, Mr. Moses worked in strategy management for Renaissance Worldwide and the Balanced Scorecard Collaborative, where he led numerous strategy and performance management engagements for large, global clients in the US, the Americas, and Europe. Prior to Renaissance, Mr. Moses held positions of increasing responsibility at GlaxoSmithKline. Mr. Moses holds an A.B. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia's Darden School. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and events on the topics of linking strategy to operations and aligning human capital to strategy. Mr. Moses also serves as member of the board and advisor on strategy management issues to Uncommon Schools.
